Horseplayers should already be thinking about their Breeders Cup wagering strategy with less than 8 weeks preceding the two biggest days in horse racing.
Even if horseplayers aren’t yet intelligent Breeders Cup, trainers, jockeys and owners definitely are. The Gallant Bloom Handicap at Belmont Car park on Saturday is a “win and your in” race and some fairly tough gals have showed up for the party.

8 – Rapport – - 3/1 morning line odds
I just don’t see anybody in this race that’s going to challenge the Bob Baffert trained miss early on in this. Qualia has speed and so doe My Jen but they don’t have Rapport speed, meaning that if they go after this filly early then they’ll compromise their own chances for the victory. Bob Baffert has really gotten this gal good and it’s no blunder that her at worst forfeiture in her remain three races occurred when jockey Martin Garcia wasn’t on her back. Garcia is a master front-running jock. I don’t over anybody touches Rapport on Saturday. Horseplayers will most liable be able to put her in their Breeders Cup wagering draw as soon as the gates open for the Gallant Bloom.
4, – Qualia – - 5/1 morning line odds
She’s a good horse and the excuse for her horrible Ballerina path, that her saddle slipped is a valid one but before I jump aboard the bandwagon, I have to see something more out of this miss. I just don’t bleed for she’s fast enough to keep Rapport within striking distance, but Qualia does have some quality to her and she gets in light at 115 lbs. She’s the obvious choice if you don’t believe Rapport will be on her “A” game.
5 – My Jen – - 8/1 morning silhouette odds
Sarah Louise, the 2/1 chalk in this, is a good horse, but I take a fancy to My Jen who showed an element of toughness in her 2 nd become successful finish to Rapport in the Success Ride. My Jen could definitely set right enough to beat the rest of these, if Rapport flounders on Saturday, because jockey Julien Leparoux stays and the Polite Bloom is her second high of a layoff. She’s a be compelled use in the exotics. In regards to Breeders Cup wagering, horseplayers are going to keep to wait for the finish of this race before putting her on their lists.
Horse Racing Wagering Strategy
I feel that Rapport is a secure to win on Saturday and should be bet accordingly. I will bet on Rapport to win.
I want also bet an exacta with Rapport over My Jen and Qualia. I will reverse for less. I will bet a trifecta keying Rapport with My Jen, Qualia with My Jen, Qualia, Sarah Louise.
