What drivers with a chance at victory are offering the best NASCAR odds in the sportsbook for this Sunday’s Emory Healthcare 500?
The Emory Healthcare 500 will be run at Atlanta Motor Speedway where the Busch brothers have dominated in current years.
A Busch has won 3 out of the last 5 Sprint Cup races at Atlanta.

To Win
Best NASCAR Hazard: Kurt Busch +700
I’ll take the +700 NASCAR odds on Kurt to sway this Sunday. Why not? Yes, it’s true that Kurt appears much more loaded in the come from the turf at Atlanta than he does in the fall race, but he’s still won 2 out of the last 3 Sprint Cup races at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
He finished 6th in the fall race at Atlanta in 2008. So, it’s not he’s terrible in Georgia once we get into September. The bottom line is that Busch has 3 victories at the Atlanta Motor Speedway and has been looking towards this mill-race for some time now. He’s ready to pick up his third victory of 2010 on Sunday.
Second Best Bet: Kasey Kahne +900
Kasey has 2 victories at Atlanta Motor Speedway including one at the fall bed in 2009. He’s been tearing it up down south lately with a 7th in the proceed from race in 2009, that 1st in the fall race, and then a 4th in the spring race earlier this year.
Kahne’s ready to shine again after finishing 5th in the Irwin Tools Darkness Race two weeks ago at Bristol. He’s not a lousy pick to win on Sunday at +900 odds.
Best Underdog Wager: Matt Kenseth +1500
I didn’t want to pick Kenseth as my dog to win the Emory Healthcare 500 this Sunday but none of the others that I over underdogs are contemporary unlikely at underdog type odds.
Therefore, I’m present with Matt who finished 4th and 8th in the two races at Atlanta in 2008, 12th and 12th in the two races at Atlanta in 2009 and 2nd in the spring race meeting earlier in 2010. Kenseth obviously likes this racetrack.
A few providential breaks and he could illuminate it home at terrific NASCAR odds.
Others to Upon
Jimmie Johnson +500 – – He has 3 victories at Atlanta during his career but none since 2007. Still, this is Jimmie Johnson we’re talking about. He’s always got a shot.
Jeff Gordon +1000 – - That 18th in the spring race earlier this year can’t bode well for Gordo, get even for? Wrong. It was his worst finish in the past five Sprint Cup races at Atlanta. Usually, Gordo finishes in the Top 10 and in 2009 he finished 2nd in the spring dash.
Juan Pablo Montoya +1000 – - He finished 3rd in the spring race in 2009 and is coming off of a 3rd in the spring race in 2010. Too bad he finished 40th in the be unsuccessful race in 2008 and 27th in the fall race in 2009 or else I’d make him more than a “consider to bet” for Sunday’s race.
