NASCAR

Sports gamblers should consider making a bet on NASCAR in the qualifying matchup category respecting the Sylvania 300 this Friday.

The first race of the Chase can often times set the tone for the other nine making it ultra-important that NASCAR drivers get off to a great start by securing a fantastic position during this Friday’s qualifying round.  #1 seeded Denny Hamlin and #2 seeded Jimmie Johnson have had star at New Hampshire before making this mayhap the most interesting first channel of the Chase since the new format began in 2004.

Qualifying Matchups

  1. Jeff Gordon -120 vs. Denny Hamlin -110 – - Preserve for starting 2nd in the leap race in 2009, Gordo has been just okay during qualifying in spite of New Hampshire races.  He qualified 10th for the fall race in 2008, 10th in the interest the fall breed in 2009 and 16th for this past spring’s race.  Except because of a 20th place start in the spring race earlier this year, Denny’s been plumb good during qualifying for Renewed Hampshire races.  He started 4th and 7th individually for New Hampshire in 2009.  I’ll try and make a profitable bet on NASCAR by backing Denny in this matchup.

           Pick:  Denny Hamlin

  1. Tony Stewart -120 vs. Kyle Busch -110 – - Smoke won the pole for the resiliency race in 2009 and then started 2nd for the fall race.  He didn’t have a great qualifying round earlier this year in 2010 when securing a 25th starting position, but he could definitely bounce back on Friday.  Former teammate Kyle Busch also needs to extent rear during qualifying after starting 22nd in the appear race earlier this year.  He won a pole in 2008 and started 9th for both races in 2009.  I’m content to regard as a chance on Kyle at the better -110 NASCAR odds.

           Pick:  Kyle Busch

  1. Sam Hornish Jr. -125 vs. Marcose Ambrose -105  – - Before securing the 8th starting position for the spring race this year, Sam Hornish Jr. hadn’t started better than 20th at any time in the last 4 qualifying rounds for a step on it at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway.  Marcose Ambrose has started 18th, 31st and 12th for the exclusively three races he’s started at New Hampshire.  Either guy could do manifestly during qualifying on Friday, but I’m current with Ambrose because of the odds.

           Pick:  Marcos Ambrose

  1. Kasey Kahne +130 vs. Juan Pablo Montoya -160 – - That’s a huge discrepancy odds wise between Kasey and Juan Pablo in this qualifying matchup.  Is there enough of a discrepancy in how the two of these fellas do during qualifying for a race at New Hampshire to justify the odds difference?  Juan Pablo has won the everyplace very twice distant of the last three New Hampshire races.  Kasey Kahne’s been bare good during qualifying at New Hampshire as all right Kasey’s qualified 11th, 13th and 2nd for the former three New Hampshire races.  I’m making an underdog bet on NASCAR by backing Kasey in this qualifying matchup.

           Pick:  Kasey Kahne
